Traffic stop with moving vehicle on North Monongahela

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop involving a Massachusetts-plated vehicle near the 300 block of North Monongahela Avenue in Glassport. The vehicle moved several times before finally stopping in an alley near North Monongahela and Hemlock Alley. The driver presented a California license, and checks indicated the plate and registration were valid.
