Father accused of abusing caller at equestrian center

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance at an equestrian center on Harford Road, where a child’s father allegedly arrived, cursed at the caller, and may have abused the caller before leaving. The incident was reported to have occurred about 15 minutes before the call, and the man was no longer at the scene.
