Female threatened to jump off bridge in Glen Dale

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS were dispatched to the 6th Street bridge area in Glen Dale for a report of a female who said she was being chased and threatened to jump from the bridge, with a male reportedly holding her back and possibly suffering a head wound. EMS staged nearby while officers contacted the people involved on the bridge.
