Officer asked to pick up loose dog from juveniles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports that two juveniles apparently caught a loose dog near 5th Street in Glen Dale, West Virginia. An officer is requested to pick up the dog from them and take it to an area near 12th Street.
