Teen who left apartment later found safe

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a 16-year-old autistic male who apparently ran away from an apartment building on (number withheld) Filters Road between Dewey and St. Clair after his mother took away his electronics. Units later reported that the teen was located.
