Water rescue for two overturned kayaks in Glen Spey

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS respond to a reported water rescue near Proctor Road by a camp area, where two kayaks apparently overturned and two people were seen in the water. A separate call in the village of Monticello involves a generally ill adult woman at an inn on East Broadway.
