Dirt bike rider hit by four-wheeler on Church Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported being struck by someone on a four-wheeler while riding a dirt bike in the 300 block of Church Street in Lester. The four-wheeler reportedly went toward Glen White, and the caller later requested to speak with an officer from home. EMS was reportedly declined despite a juvenile possibly having a swollen knee.
