Verbal dispute and vehicle damage at apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported verbal argument at an apartment complex near Paloma Heights. The reporting party was accused of possibly damaging a nearby vehicle while getting out of their own vehicle. A 30 to 40 year old man was reportedly involved.
