Suspicious male reported near Valley Oak Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to investigate a possible suspicious man near Valley Oak Road and Union Hill Road. The man was described as about 20 years old, of medium build and medium skin tone, around six feet tall, wearing shorts and reportedly not speaking with others.
