Man fell off steps on Highway 70 near Glenwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male apparently fell off steps near Highway 70 coming into Glenwood. Responders were told the party would meet them at the station in a white Infiniti with hazards on, reportedly coming from Kirby.
