61-year-old male intubated with respiratory distress

As discussed during the dispatch call, an air medical team is requested to transport a 61-year-old man in respiratory distress from a hospital in Glenwood to a medical center in Fargo. The patient is intubated, on several IV medications and fluids, and is currently in the emergency department.
