Man threatens woman and blocks vehicle in roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a threat complaint near East Clay Road in the Raco area. A caller reported that a known man allegedly threatened to kill her and was running in front of her vehicle when she tried to leave, but he was not currently at the scene.
