Vehicle in water after crash near Golden Meadow

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a reported motor vehicle accident south of the Golden Meadow floodgate near a dock area, where a vehicle was reportedly in the water with two to three occupants attempting to break a window. Fire and rescue units were dispatched, and radio traffic later indicated the situation was under control with no additional units needed.
