Vehicle damages power pole and lines, then leaves

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported power line hazard near North Hope Road and West Earl Drive. Callers reported downed lines and a damaged pole, possibly struck by a vehicle that left the area. Responders later confirmed a power line and communication cables down near Hope Road and Harlow, and utilities were requested to assist.
