Suspicious man with backpack on Glen Annie Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious man near the 600 block of North Glen Annie Road in Goleta. The man was last seen walking south, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, black jeans, and carrying a large backpack, and may have been under the influence.
