Traffic lights out at US-150 and IL-117 junction

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report that the traffic lights at the intersection of Illinois Route 150 and Illinois Route 117 near Goodfield were not working during a power outage, and a caller almost had a semi-truck collision there. Transportation officials reportedly said the battery backup had failed and the signals would remain out until power was restored.
