78-year-old male found unresponsive at Seneca Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at a home on Seneca Street, near Erie and State, for a reported seventy-eight-year-old man found on the ground and not breathing. CPR was reported to be in progress. Additional medical calls were also dispatched to other locations in the area, including for a woman with dizziness and abnormal breathing and for a medical alarm activation on North Center Road.
