Suspicious truck with damage reported on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a white pickup truck parked near Minor Hill Highway in Goodspring. The caller reported that the vehicle may have run out of fuel and had a broken window. A man was reportedly seen attempting to start the truck using a screwdriver.
