Unconscious man not breathing near O'Brien Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a reported medical emergency involving an unconscious, not breathing man at a residence on O'Brien Street in Goose Lake. Paramedics from Clinton Fire were also notified, and it was advised that the patient may already be beyond help.
