Man found unconscious and not breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on Obrian Street in Goose Lake for a reported medical emergency involving an unconscious, non-breathing man. An ambulance arrived on scene and additional paramedics from Clinton Fire were requested, but responders later indicated the patient appeared to be beyond help.
