Small child found walking in road in Goshen

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible unattended small child in a diaper walking in the roadway near West Wilden Avenue in Goshen. A vehicle stopped, and the person believed to be the child’s mother arrived but reportedly would not provide her name or address.
