67-year-old man found with altered consciousness outdoors

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was received for a 67-year-old male sitting outside near Little's convenience store on West Railroad Street. Initial reports indicated he was unresponsive, then breathing, and later appearing altered. Rescue and engine units were dispatched for altered level of consciousness.
