Kayakers reported on closed Sheep Porcupine Island

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Sheep Porcupine Island after a report of approximately eight kayakers on the island, which is seasonally closed for bald eagle nesting. The reporting party was asked to provide photos if safely possible while officers attempted to locate the group from nearby viewpoints.
