Young child treated for eye injury after dog knockdown

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a young female with a cut above her eye after being knocked down by a dog near Appaloosa Court and Creek Point Road. The child was conscious, breathing, and responding normally; bleeding control instructions were provided. Adults were no longer present at the scene.
