Continuing, he is on foot. One RP advised that he was lasting headed southbound past the handlebar taskhouse. Other weapons seen, right male, very tan, about 30 to 35 years of age, brown hair, left and we're in an open button-up shirt, blue in color, blue shorts, and has a backpack.
