Hit and run at 4th and Pokegama causes vehicle damage

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported hit and run that apparently happened about 30 minutes earlier near the intersection of 4th Street and Pokegama. The reporting party, now at a residence on Southeast First Street, reported damage to their vehicle and provided a possible suspect license plate.
