Welfare check for elderly man with dementia

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on an elderly man with dementia who reportedly left a medical office in an agitated state. The welfare check was requested by his neurologist, and there may be firearms at his residence where he lives with his wife near Carson Ave in Grand River.
