Juvenile reportedly tried to stab caller with scissors

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a family-violence-related call near Ashland Ave after a caller reported their juvenile daughter tried to stab them with scissors. The juvenile was later reported to no longer have the scissors. (name withheld).
