Intoxicated youths harass diners outside deli

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of apparent intoxicated juveniles outside a deli on Douglas Boulevard. They were reportedly asking customers to buy alcohol and, when refused, becoming argumentative and attempting to start fights.
