Smoke reported at house on East 27th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a home on East 27th Street for reports of white smoke coming from the house, with no visible flames and everyone already outside. Responding units later determined it was an apparent mistaken (number withheld) call. Separately, EMS was sent to a community event on Johnson Road for a conscious but lethargic adult male.
