Capsized boat with possible deceased reported near Eastman Lake (South Cove area), Grantham

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched for a water rescue after a report of a capsized boat with a possible deceased person near the Eastman boat launch/South Cove area (Road Round Lake by the Cove Activity Center) in Grantham. Marine patrol was notified; later radio traffic indicates responding units were told to slow/cancel after PD arrived on scene.
