Kids banging on doors on Pikeville Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a juvenile complaint near Pikeville Avenue, where a caller reported two kids banging on doors and the side of a house before walking toward Lower Cove Loop. The kids may live a few houses away in that direction.
