Person yelling outside home on Northeast 20th Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported disturbance near Northeast 20th Avenue in Great Bend, where a caller reported a man, and possibly a woman, screaming outside while a woman remained inside with her doors locked. Deputies later contacted an individual believed to be the person who had been yelling in the nearby 100 block of Northeast 20th Avenue.
