Reckless driving complaint near Riley Elementary

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a possible unsafe driver near an elementary school. The reporting party described a white station wagon first heading east on a nearby highway and later reported going south on Chestnut. Units were advised of the complaint for further checking.
