Stray dog reported in yard on Glimmering Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a complaint about a possible stray pit bull in a caller’s yard near Glimmering Lane in the Great Cacapon area. Units in Martinsburg reported they would contact the apparent owner and the call was closed.
