Report of possible alcohol use in moving vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a red Jeep Cherokee with a female driver and male passenger near West Mason Street and Country Club Road in Green Bay. Surveillance reported possible drinking by the male while the vehicle traveled eastbound toward Ashland and an attempt to locate notice was requested when officers could not find the vehicle.
