Teens yelling and throwing objects near Culver’s/Wendy’s

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to Culver’s on Hanson/Hansen Rd for a group of teenagers yelling and throwing items, possibly moving toward the Wendy’s parking lot. Two vehicles were mentioned: a blue Ford that left (direction unknown) and a red Chevy that remained on scene.
