Elderly man with weakness and breathing difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers requested a second ambulance with lights and sirens to a location near Littlebrook Lane in Roseburg for a reported 93-year-old man who felt weak, unwell, said he might pass out, and had trouble breathing.
