Two vehicles crash at Washington and Vine streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible injury traffic collision near Washington Street and Vine Street in Greencastle. Two vehicles were involved. Both vehicles appeared drivable, but one driver chose to wait off the roadway for a tow arranged through an insurance company.
