Female hallucinating and armed after attempted fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and medical personnel respond to a possible mental health crisis involving a woman at a lot off Route 9N in Greenfield, where she reportedly had hallucinations, may be under the influence of drugs, and earlier attempted to start a bathroom fire with a knife involved but no longer in her possession.
