Caller reports neighbors arguing for hours, then a possible gunshot

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched for a welfare check near Main St in Greenville after a reporting party said neighbors had been arguing for several hours, then a possible gunshot was heard, followed by no further activity or contact from them.
