As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of a small bush on fire near a vision care clinic on West Arlington Boulevard in Greenville. Engine 2 arrived, took command, and reported the fire was out. A separate medical call involved a young child with seizures at a residence on Country Town Drive.
