Elderly man found unresponsive with low blood sugar

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched to a location on Milligan East Road between State Route 7 and the dead end for an apparent diabetic emergency involving an unresponsive 87-year-old man with abnormal breathing and very low blood sugar.
