81-year-old female found unconscious but breathing in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to an apartment complex on Wall Boulevard in Jefferson Parish for a medical call. A caller reported that her elderly sister, approximately 81 years old, had fallen and was unconscious but breathing.
