Chain snaps, glass scattered on Highway 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible towing incident near Lane 42 and Highway 20 where a chain apparently snapped, leaving broken glass on the roadway and requiring traffic control so it could be cleaned up.

I had somebody call that's at the intersection of Lane 42 and Highway 20 who was helping somebody pull their vehicle to the gas station and the chain snapped and there's broken glass all over the highway and they are wanting assistance to kind of block the highway so they could clean it up.
