Female found lying unconscious on grass in Heritage Glen

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded near Heritage Glen in Grove City for a possible medical emergency involving a woman found lying in the grass near some trees. A caller reported she had a bag beside her and it was unclear if she was breathing. Units arrived and made contact with her.
