Motorcycle speeding and passing cars on Route 146

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible reckless driver on a black motorcycle traveling on Route 146 near Guilderland Center. The male rider, wearing a red jacket and blue jeans, was reportedly speeding at about 101 miles per hour and passing vehicles over the double yellow line while heading toward the nearby village.
