Naked person reported at Guilford welcome center

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a be-on-the-lookout advisory for a gray Ford Explorer at the Guilford welcome center after a person reportedly entered and left the building naked. It is unclear if the person or vehicle, described as having peeling paint, is still at the location.
