Reckless pickup driving into oncoming traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a slate blue Ford F-350 reportedly driving recklessly westbound on US 50 near the Elk Creek Marina area, swerving into oncoming traffic and onto the shoulder, forcing other vehicles to stop and changing speeds between very slow and around 85 miles per hour. The reporting party was willing to sign and appear.
