Person reported drowning near residence in Guyton

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a third-party report that people were yelling that someone was drowning near a residence by Wild Rose Drive, later narrowed to a home near Sir Arthur Court in the Guyton area. Units responded to check the situation.
